Quim was born to be a Chef. 

30 years of cooking experience and owner of  Quim de la Boqueria restaurant at the most famous Boqueria market in the center of Barcelona, Spain.


Quim will be the chef bringing the Mediterranean culture, the Spanish roots, all his experience and talent into the HiddenBoqueria’s masterpieces.

From Barcelona to Beijing, from Prague to Phnom Penh — across the globe, he and his team are recognized for their high-quality gastronomy and the core values that create the foundation for  360° gastronomy-based lifestyle experiences. 
 

With the power of ambition combined with his creativity, Aitor is always aiming for higher. He has decided to become a culinary international consultant spreading his knowledge, experience and ideas around the world. As Barcelona being his childhood home, HiddenBoqueria is a symbolic place for him to represent his Spanish roots.

LUIS CHIANG, ASIAN CUISINE HEAD CHEF 

Taiwanese roots, coming from a culinary background family specialized in Japanese cuisine business.
An ambitious cooking artist with the goal of spreading his roots and his asian culture to the western world.

He is the one team player that will be bringing the asian techniques and perception to fusion it with Western ingredients.

YURI MÁRQUEZ, CREATIVE DIRECTOR 

Born and raised in the kitchen and surrounded by his father‘s success in Quim de la Boqueria, Yuri is the second generation of this historic and symbolic restaurant of Barcelona. 

With all his experience, the young promising artist will bring his creativity, modern view and interpretation to the kitchen, designing brand new recipes and ways to play with fresh ingredients and culture shocks to achieve one goal of Hidden Boqueria, experimenting with the old and the new, 

A key player to break traditions and dive into present-day new-fashioned society, to satisfy every palate.

FUNDACIÓ FERRER I GUARDIA
C/ Avinyó, 44

Located in the Charismatic Avinyó street of Barcelona City, Hidden Boqueria is born in the emblematic official building of Fundació Ferrer y Guardia,
the old house known as the place where the great Picasso painted the famous
“Las señoritas de Avinyó”.
Rumor has it, back at 1910’s, Picasso and his other artist friends visited this house very frequently, with the desire of enjoy an evening with the these ladies in the painting.
